I grew up in the little town of Frankfort, Indiana to church-going parents. At the age of 10, I committed my life to Christ, acknowledging his substitutionary death for my sins, and began a lifelong relationship with God. Soon after I made it publicly known through my baptism. Throughout the years when I have stumbled in my walk with Christ, he has always seen me through it and restore the relationship with him
My life story is about God as he proved himself faithful to me throughout high school, college, and adulthood. He has given me the opportunities to serve him in high school through Youth for Christ, through Campus Crusade for Christ at Wheaton College and two years in Sudan through African Inland Mission. Since 1981 I have been an agent for State Farm Insurance, owning my own business in Mentor, Oh. In 2017 at age 65 I decided to take my skills, experiences, and business knowledge and use them at Harvest Bible Chapel by joining the staff part-time as the Administrative Director. In short, my job now is to take the vision of the church and create the infrastructure to make it happen and to keep the organization running efficiently. I have enjoyed the role in my new church.
